Resin is sticky like honey and slime

Make unsmelted resin blocks sticky like honey and slime. This would be good because they are solid blocks that redstone can power and doors or other components can be placed on them. It would also be great to have variants of sticky blocks (stairs, slabs, etc) and useful in redstone contraptions. Maybe also let it stick to blocks like glazed terracotta to make it more unique.
