im going to follow the exact way mojang wants me to do this SO

I want toggleable VFX feature

I want this because Realism Craft's lighting felt minecrafty and not realisticy, and it would make the minecraft world feel more immersive and entertaining

I want this to be done the same way Realism Craft did this, Mojang you took inspiration from modders in the older days and i really hope you'll take inspiration from this specific mod.
