Pareidolia is a psychological phenomenon that causes people to see faces in things that aren't alive. Look it up, you'll know what I mean. There are certain blocks used in redstone that have a distinct face in their design (such as the dispenser :O, the dropper :D, the observer -.-, and the crafter D:), and if these replaced the pumpkin when constructing an iron golem, they could summon new golem variants with special abilities. People in the past have suggested golems of different tiers like diamond golems, but those are way too expensive and aren't unique besides being stronger than iron (which is boring). Here's some ideas on how each of the pareidolia golems could work:
-The dispenser golem could rapid fire projectiles but has no melee attack, and would keep its distance from enemies
-The dropper golem could heal players, villagers, and even repair other golems when damaged
-The crafter golem could create a large, reinforced shield for itself to block large amounts of attacks. Enemies would have their attention drawn primarily to them, allowing other golems or players to ambush
-The observer golem could survey the environment for the highest concentration of hostiles, like during new waves in raids, and remotely command other golems to go to that area. Golems in general have a very small line of sight that's easily obstructed or they tend to fixate on a singular enemy instead of the masses, but the observer golem could counter this in large-scale attacks
