Hide the realms promotion message for accounts who are under-age

For many players who have under-age accounts that cannot host a Minecraft realm, it feels confusing why the "Your own server, always online" message alongside the "Persistent online worlds", "Friends play free" and "Easy and safe" messages are displayed, even when they cannot purchase a realm without an adult account.

The only place where the message saying they cannot get a realm, is on the website where a player goes to purchase.

Removing these confusing messages would help to avoid young players attempting to create a realm to only find out they cannot purchase one, even if their parent is paying.
