Resin and Varnish - Fire-Proofing Your Builds!

Resin has a large number of uses historically, but the most prominent two are medical and for decorating- specifically making varnish for wood. My suggestion leans into both of these.

Firstly- I think that Resin should be craftable, perhaps using the Brewing Stand, into Bottles of Varnish. Varnish would be usable on all wood blocks in a system similar to Waxing with Honeycomb, and would make it so the Varnished block is immune to fire. This would be incredibly useful for decorating, enabling more safety when making use of fire in builds, especially fireplaces, without having to resort to using a Gamerule to disable fire spread outright.

Secondly- I think that Resin should be Brewable into an actual Potion. A Potion of Buoyancy. This is leaning on it's waterproofing properties a little, but I believe a Buoyancy effect that prevents entities from sinking in water, and even preventing them from being sucked down by bubble columns, would be VERY useful, both on a technical level and a practical Survival level. Being able to Splash Potion of Buoyancy a Horse to let it swim while ridden to get your Horse across rivers would instantly make the Horse twice as useful in exploration.

Finally- if Varnish was added, I think using Varnish to lock Signs to prevent editing instead of Honeycomb would make sense to switch. In addition, being able to use Varnish to lock Item Frames to stop yourself from accidentally rotating your chest labels would be amazingly useful!
