Certain mobs have temperature dependent variant. These should be more consistent and common.
Zombies in Hot/Dry environments are the Husk. Wet areas would be the Jungle Zombie (MCD). Cold areas would be the Frozen Zombie (MCD).
Skeletons in Hot/Dry environments are the Skeleton. Wet areas would be the Bogged. Cold areas would be the Stray.
Maybe new spider variants' that cause blindness or nausea with there bites like cave spider inflict poison.
Villagers:
Take the varied skin tone addition from Vanilla Tweaks
Elemental Beings: All in trial like spawners (Not all in trial chambers)
Nether Fortress - Blaze
Trial Chambers - Breeze
Desert Temples - Earth Elemental (Preferably starting with B)
Ocean Ruins - Water Elemental (Preferably starting with B)
