Creaking damage should ignore armor and status effects.

The new creaking is not much of a threat as it is now. I only really will catch new players. People have suggested making it deal more damage, but I have an alternative idea. What if the creaking always did 2 hearts of damage no matter what? No matter how much armor you have, it will still be quite dangerous while still not making as powerful it makes new player not want to interact with it. It also make the creaking a little bit more unique and the smart minecrafter could maybe do something with it.

    Enchantments on armor can still block creaking damage, and the creaking could have a 25% chance to disable a shield.
