Following pets should load chunks.

There's currently an issue where if you get too far away from your following wolf, cat, or parrot, they get stuck in an unloaded chunk and cannot teleport to the player as intended until the chunk is loaded again. Actively following pets should load chunks they are in so they can properly teleport to the player regardless of distance. Pets should stop loading chunks when sitting/waiting to prevent issues.

This makes sense. I'd love it for my dog to teleport back to me when I respawn rather then forcing me to go get him.
