Bedrock has cool water colors, like red water in nether biomes, purple water in end biomes, or grey for mushroom biomes; it looks better. Why not add it to java? Additionally I think lush caves should have a light-green water texture (like wasteland), Brown for dripstone caves and grey for pale gardens as well. Water can be highly poisonous in the nether except basalt deltas & warped forest. Warped forest water won't be very poisonous. This means Basalt Deltas grass/foliage will be bluer instead of yellowish.
