many players have suggested adding fog to the pale garden, and some others have pointed out how the fog being biome dependant could make the pale garden really ugly if all the trees are removed, plus make it harder to build a nice looking base there.
I have a simple suggestion to solve this problem.
Fog Fairy Rings!
this new fungus would emit fog in a local area around it (not a particle but a render distance effect) and would be stackable kinda like pink petals the more of the fungus stacked on one block the stronger the fog effect becomes.
this feature would both add even more wonderful plant life to the pale garden and would enable players to create fog in other biomes and as a benefit could add a really cool new stackable mushroom to the game!
another suggestion might be that stepping in the fog fairy rings could give the player a negative effect like blindness or nausea, or might "root" the player in place for a seccond (including not being able to turn their head) to add a new danger to the pale garden.
if fairy rings root players into the ground their existence could add an incentive for technical and combat focused players to visit the biome although that abilty may be too strong and need to be nerfed somehow (like maybe only slowing a players movement and head turning speed)
