New Merchant (Enderman Trader)

This trader would be on the right side of the nether portal by ancient hunts, an opposite of the piglin merchant. However, it would have a new mechanic, instead of buying with emeralds, it would trade with you. He would have three slots in each category, common, rare, and unique. So nine slots total. You could trade an item from your inventory with him for one of his items of the same rarity. You would get all enchantment points back on the item you traded and the enchantments on the new items would be random. If you don not like the options however, you can pay 100 emeralds to re-roll one entire rarity row, either common, rare, or unique. I think this would be a cool new merchant mechanic to play around with.
