Have lush caves or a new variant of lush cave spawn under the Pale Garden

Lush caves should spawn under the pale garden making for a more very overgrown and lush environment and feel. You dig down from a garden only to appear in another garden basically. If possible maybe it would be a different variant of lush caves with pale moss, pale vines, and eye blossoms in the caves with Creakings spawning in it. Then any open caves or ravines connecting to the surface the player can look down to see even more lush environment.
