Anyway, I think eye blossoms are a great idea as this motivates the player to actually go there at night to gather them for building and decoration or you could add it to the open and closed variants can be added to suspicious stew to give blindness and nausea depending on the variant. Two issues with that, one is that we already are able to make blindness suspicious stew so it's not really added anything new. The second issue with this is that it eliminates its possible usage in PVP, the ability to blind your enemy in a fight, maybe that will give you the edge to win? But with suspicious stew you can't chuck the bowl at your owner to give them the effect, can you? So that is why my proposal is to make it so you can add the eye blossom to potions. This would make it more versatile and have a use in PVP. Mojang, I believe, has said and should, that they want to cater to all players of Minecraft rather than, for example, only builders as this update is currently doing. Mojang has missed an opportunity to add something that would do this.
