Bird & Bird Variants

Minecraft has only about two birds in the game they should add more, but they’ll probably have the same treatment as tropical fish. The birds in the game will not have a significant function except they’ll be occasionally seen holding items in there mouths (most commonly seeds) and will only exist for atmosphere, the only thing they would drop are feathers, and will spawn just as commonly as cows, pigs and sheep’s, they can also be seen in nests that are on top of trees and just like in reality they’ll fly away from any player that’s too close to them. The variants of birds are biome dependent and some can be based off of real birds, like cardinals, mangrove warblers, finches or chickadees.
