Finish the Zombie Horse Code.

I think that you should finish the zombie horse mob so we can find it and use it in-game. Because right now it’s useless in bedrock where there isn’t even a way to ride it. Perhaps you could have them spawn in the pens of abandoned villages? That would give us a reason to look for abandoned villages.
