Neon Tetras are tropical fish that spawn in jungles; it has bright colors that make the fish look aesthetically pleasing. (Search up neon tetra to see what it looks like.)
This mob will an aquatic mob to the jungle to increase mob diversity, something which the jungles can use because of a lack of jungle aquatic mobs.
