Effect given by the glow squid

The hypnosis effect would be given by a glow squid 15 squares away from it, after using it on us we wouldn't be able to move and the glow squid could attack us, the effect can of course be removed with milk. The glow ink sac could be used to create hypnotic potions. After drinking, mobs within 15 squares cannot attack us. The standard duration of the potion is 10 seconds, and after adding a redstone to it it is 30 seconds.
