Enchanter (Magic Update)

The Enchanter is a mob originally found in Minecraft : Dungeons, the Enchanter is an Illager that can only be encountered in raids and just like in MC Dungeons they buff other illagers similar to witches, making raids more tough but more rewarding. Upon defeating Enchanters, they have a chance to drop a “Enchanters Tome” their are two functions it could have, Option 1 : It could either be another Enchantment book but with a factor, it has the ability to enchant any weapon or tool with every enchantment option (you can only select one enchantment) and the Tome can only be used once and depending on the level of the Tome it will enchant the tool with the given level (e.g) the Enchanters Tome is level 2 therefore the Tome will enchant the tool or weapon at level 2. Higher level Tomes become more rare, 5 being the rarest. Option 2 : it will function very similar to MC dungeons and will buff Allies (Players or Pets) or any random mob, you’re only allowed to buff one mob, and the Tome will drain your XP levels while it’s used. The Tome has no durability bar, but it’s advised you stock up on experience levels to use it. (Side-Note: Upon defeating the mob buffed by Enchanters will grant extra XP)
