Pale Garden biome to only have the white tint when the Player inside

The Pale Garden should look like a normal Dark Forest from the outside, only gaining the pale vegetation tint when you enter the biome (with an exception to the pale logs obviously, so they're useful outside the biome). This will make the pale garden spookier, more likely for the player to wander into accidentally, especially at night and also less of an eyesore from the outside.

    This could be such an awesome surprise and make it more mysterious from a distance when exploring.
