Minecraft feedback is a site that should be open like the reddit, but also more noticed by the moderators. For now, mojang completely neglects the systems they set up until it's time to check the posts for a new idea with little to no notice taken to the fact that countless hours of effort and passion have been put into suggestions that were either shot down unfairly by a chat bot or by the fact that they didn't correspond with rules that practically make it impossible to post anyway. My suggestion? Remove the bots. Add a feedbac branch to your team and make the r/minecraft suggestions team responsible for it to make sure ideas are shared freely enough that posts can actually be made, but it still is organized. As of now players have trouble logging on, posting feedback, posting comments, or even getting their content on a place in the platform that can be noticed by the general public (having a general public in the first place is a problem also solvable by these ideas.). To fix this, change authentication systems, bug fix and troubleshoot the website, add general forums for feedback on more specific subjects, and even one for feedback site. Maybe while you're at it, set latest posts as the default page for feedback to make new posts viewable off the bat. With these few simple fixes, we can have a feedback page worthy of the minecraft name. I don't care if you look at this. Ignoring these fixes will show your neglect anyway, because the problems are evident, post or no post.
