Give use a way to make the Creaking persistent through the day

On most multiplayer servers, the day is almost always slept away. Most servers also feature some kind of gaming district. We need a way to make the Creaking persistent throughout the day. I suggest either a tag when placed by a player (like with leaves), or maybe when powered by redstone, for the creaking heart to be active during the day (but maybe check if it's exposed to daylight).
