Make the Pale Garden a sub-biome of the Pale Forest.

A wild garden has lots of different plants growing close together, and sunlight reaches many areas, making it comparatively open and fun to walk through. Overall, more open and with good biodiversity. The Pale Garden would include more flower patches, structures?, and tall grass.

A forest has tall trees that block sunlight, creating shady spots. There are layers of tall trees, bushes, and plants on the ground. Much more dense and woody. The Pale Forest would be more like others have suggested, with more "Willow-like" trees.

If we split the biome into these two biomes, or rather a sub-biome like the bamboo forest is to jungles. the Pale Garden would be a sub-biome to the Pale Forest.

    i think mojang just doesn't care if it's called a garden or not. they intentded it to be a forest with spooky elements.
