Creaking being able to move always when wearing a pumpkin.

The Creaking has a wide arrange of possibilities to be used by the mini game community, which is amazing.

But, the Creaking's full potential is blocked by its exceptional quirkiness. The creaking's immortality is sometimes all a mini-game creator needs. My fix for this is allowing the player to let the creaking mouve even when looked at by dispencing a pumpkin onto the Creaking.
This would be coupled with the creaking nbt data being saved when it dies in the day or the Creaking heart is deactivated so it can spawn back during the with it's pumpkin.
