Baby Mobs growth can be stopped

Just putting this Idea out there! It would be great if there was a way to stop baby mobs turning into adults in Vanilla Survival. I think this would help creativity when making things like zoo's / farms / museums or even just filling your world with cute pets! 

I think the best way to add this feature is by using one that is already there, the developer name tags. Having one of these name tags that would stop baby mobs progressing into there fully grown. 

Let me know if you like this idea, or would have any other way to add this to the game?

    It IS a little disappointing when your adorable little puppy or kitten suddenly isn't so cute, or when a baby cow or pig is all of a sudden a big ugly thing instead.
