Pale Moss Grows Ferns When Bonemealed

Somewhat self-explanatory, similar to how it already grows grass and now normal moss also groes azaleas. This can just create a little bit of variety and also make ferns manually farmable in Java. The droopiness of the ferns matches the pale garden somewhat, so that's why I think it'd visually work.

    For context on the Java farmable comment, they're currently renewable only through wandering traders, which barely count. Parity could be nice with bonemeal, but also pale moss is currently slightly lacking in its spread.
