The hand of dementions

When a player enters a demention such as the end or nether a giant hand will appear. The chances of its spawn is 1 in 50 this hand slowly turns the biome into bedrock. It has 30 hearts it can release a beam of poison out of its thumb dealing 2 damage along with poison affect and slowness This beam can either be targeted to player or the portal you used to get here
