Spawn in Pale Gardens on Halloween

I see the pale garden as a sort of haunted forest which makes sense for Halloween This wouldn't be too game changing since you can just walk out of the forest on spawn. More convincing is that hostile mobs spawn with carved pumpkins on their head already on Halloween so this event isn't out of the blue.

 

Edit in reply to the comment: Like in bedrock there are set seeds so on Halloween you will have a set seed when making a world. You can delete the seed number to have a normal random world.

    This is kinda vague... when creating a world on Halloween, are the only seeds you can be generated are ones where you spawn in a pale forest? What if you join an existing world? Does the entire spawn area become a pale forest? What if you manually type in a seed?
