The Sintering

The sintering would be another neutral mob that dwells in the mysterious Pale Garden that could either be another friend or an enemy. Sinterings are tiny creatures with pale skin, pointy ears, swooping black hair, and tattered monochrome garments partially covered in a new stone: sinterstone. Sinterings make "dens" in the trees and come out during the day to explore their domains. To befriend them, you can drop cooked meat near them. To provoke them, you can break their homes or hit them. When you are not within radius of being attacked by the sinterings, they can place a block known as ruptured soil to hinder the player's movements, aiding the new creaking mob. When you kill a sintering, it drops its ears and sinterstone pebbles. Its auricles, when combined with iron nuggets, can craft spikes that do damage to mobs when placed on blocks. Sinterstone pebbles can craft sinterstone blocks and its stone building variants and sinterstone can be applied to armor without the use of a smithing table for extra defense.
