Castle in nether

Nether castle just makes so much sense right?

You have fortresses and bastions. Then there must have a king that once commanded others to build such structures and guard the treasures. Where did the king live? A castle. Without a central government for all the different mob populations in the nether, how can the nether function properly, let alone building a society.
