Breeze should be able to breathe underwater.

Breezes can breathe underwater as they are literally made of oxygen.

I think some mobs don't need to breathe at all, some shouldn't burn at all, etc. At the moment, specific invulnerability to certain types of damage is not widely used, but imagine the prospects. We could bury skeletons in gravel or sand, and then someone would be surprised to dig them up!
