End city wither box

So, I'm thinking we should add a new house in the end city, which has an iron door, surrounded by "Reinforced Endstone" along with an unsummoned wither, dispenser with wither skull, and Redstone for remote activation. This device would summon the wither, allowing for a place to battle it without destroying your world. Reinforced Endstone takes twice as long to break as Reinforced deepslate, and cannot be broken by TNT or the wither. However, it CAN be dropped if the pickaxe is diamond or better.
