Bring the fox's health back

There's no point to reduce their health since they aren't really an annoyance or they aren't usually used as pets. Even if people do use them as pets they shouldn't be weakened by that much. Plus it was completely out of the blue. For example, the wolves got more health in preparation for the armored paws update but the foxes losing health isn't related to anything else in this update. Also, wouldn't weakening an animal encourage people to kill them(which is against what Mojang wants). So there's pretty much no reason to weaken an animal especially if there's no good side to it (including ones based on the real world).
