Inventory glitch in snapshot

When you attempt to shift-click the 'destroy item' button in creative mode, none of your items are removed. However, it seems that the game believes to have removed them, because /clearing afterwards does not work, saying that no items are detected, despite the items still being visible and interactable in the inventory.
