Bedrock, Skulls and achievement

More or less. I'd like to be able to posses more skulls for builds on bedrock. Java has access to not only skulls from every mob in the game, but also mini blocks. So with that, I have an idea for an achievement. By collecting every mob head/skull, you get the headhunter achievement.
