Revert Disarmed Tripwire Removal

As another report mentioned, Disarmed tripwire has applications with Redstone that does not involve string duping. I agree string Duping is an overpowered method of obtaining emeralds and should be removed but Disarmed tripwire is still useful outside String Duping. Eg the "Silly String" Redstone clock is the standard clock used to time TNT dupers used for farms involving automatic block breaking such as cobblestone, basalt or concrete. A solution where Disarmed tripwire remains in game but cannot be duped would be preferable to its removal.
