Speed Change FOV Adjuster

The FOV change that Slowness and Swiftness give, as well as Soul Speed, just all FOV changes outside of the Player's control in general can be really annoying and disorienting.
If there was just an option in the Accesibility menu where you could scale how intense the FOV Change is and what its max FOV° addition or reduction could be.

This would be a great solution to this annoying disorienting feature that doesn't outright remove it and lets everybody be happy.

    Like, Potions of the Turtle Master just making you barely able to aim from the sheer difference in FOV is seriously annoying.
