Revert Ender Pearls

As of the new snapshot 24W37A, Mojang has made it so ender pearls load chunks when out of your render distance (it also just loads chunks 👀). This is a HUGE problem in the speed running community, since we use the feature of throwing in ender pearl, then almost immediately after we change our render distance to only 2 chunks (We use this in bastions to throw a pearl and then get back to trading for a quick escape). Saving us time, and may help us win the game.

Maybe we have a game rule, which when enabled makes it so ender pearls loads chunks, but by default it does not.

Disagree. Game mechanics shouldn't be reverted or changed in order to cater to a small segment of the community.
