Please fix the red stone

The red stone of no longer works under blocks.It use to go under block when I start playing Minecraft a few years ago.Now to get it to work  is nearly impossible to connect it to any blocks.You need to  also fix the repeater, don't work as repeaters anymore. I'm trying to get the rest zone to connect to any blocks.Won't work if you move anything you don't get anywhere .Can you please work on some of the redstone problems that we are having?It is nearly impossible to build anything anymore.And I used to love building floating ships.And the music blocks were my most favorite.Thank you very much , and I hope this helps
