Return old curing system, or put it into villager trade rebalance datapacks

It seems to be forgotten by now, but the hability to get 1 emerald trades should be part of the rebalance datapack, at the same time that it feels op to get 1 emerald trades, the moment you hit them if you didn't got enough positive reputation, its trades would get higher. Yeah, it is op but the resources you have to invest to get those discounts are higher too!
