Put Gears back in the game!

Gears used to be an animated block that had no purpose but was later replaced by Redstone.                         So have you ever had the problem of Redstone not being on walls? well what if gears fit into the Redstone circuit and carry a Redstone signal on the wall. that would be a cool for decor and would unlock so much more Redstone possibilities! who is with me!
