Make it so that there will be a teacher villager that teaches you skills for doing village quests and exchanging reputation points for them. and make rich villagers that rarely spawn in villages and contain valuable stuff. And fighter villagers that you can make a table to turn a villager into a fighter but you need to give it equipment and the fighting table doesn't spawn Naturally in villages.
