Jungle Librarians also Trade Mending (Trade Rebalance)

I'm not sure whether this is already in consideration or DONE, but for the Villager Trade Rebalance, it could be made so any "forced" Villager biome type (mainly the Jungle Villager in this case) trades for Mending books at Master level. This way there are more options of biomes to breed Villagers in to allow for Mending trades, giving the player a tad bit more leniency.
