A component that can be used for block items (or anything that can be placed down to be more precise), which controls if the block can be placed down in the word. Defaults to true, which is the current behaviour of blocks, but if set to false a right-click with the block item on a block in the world will do nothing (as if you were in adventure mode).
This would be super useful for scenarios where the players are in survival mode but you want to implement a special item which is displayed by a block. So it can't be accidentally placed down and instead it's other behavior (e.g. eating it) will be triggered even while looking at a block.
