Lower shader/ray tracing requirements for Windows 11.

Lower it to something close to this:
Processor    AMD Ryzen 5 3500 6-Core Processor                 3.59 GHz
If a PC like this can run over 100 bedrock or java mods then why are the requirements still so high. Even in the preview version of bedrock i can run ray tracing perfectly fine with out any lag at all.
