pls bring back the quiver with a rework

a quiver crafted with leather and string can be placed on the back like the elytra so that arrows wont take over your inventory

But what would it do given the ability for arrows to already stack to 64?

Maybe it could have about 15 slots and be used for all projectiles (arrows, eggs, snowballs, ender pearls.) It should probably have its own armour slot though.
