Special Launcher Animation when booting up during an Anniversary

Suggestion: During an official anniversary, there should be a special animation when booting up and/or a pop up notifying the user. Reason: The amount of capes and similar limited time rewards obtained during the actual anniversary was astronomically low compared to others (The Migrator Cape has about 15 Million confirmed users while the 15th Anniversary Cape only has around a million) the fact that capes are normally incredibly rare and hard to obtain collectibles, probably made alot of people who missed the anniversary, and especially people who don't normally read the Minecraft news, really disappointed that they couldn't get the Cape in time. Personal Notes: I was unfortunately one of the people who didn't really read the minecraft news ever, and so I never got any of the 15th anniversary capes, since I did not actually do anything to deserve it, I just want to let people know, this is not just for clout or me being "I want my own custom cape" fellows, this is simply so people like me are more fortunate next time
