Conductor Rails

I think after the recent update in the newest snapshot to minecarts, it would be a great idea to add a new rail type. My suggestion is the Conductor Rail, crafted with 6 sticks, 2 copper and 1 redstone dust, that, when run over with a minecart, its speed increases. This could help balance out the problem with movement items, since the elytra is extremely dominant over the minecarts, horses and other items. This is also a good idea since copper is one of the most common and easily accessible ores, so the Conductor Rail would be easy to craft and perfect for the early game stages. The conductor rail allows for minecart speeds to increase in vanilla Minecraft and hardcore worlds without having to enable cheats and turn up the speed using the command added in the newest snapshot
