Copper Rail Extenders

With the new snapshot making a gamerule to increase minecart speed, I propose copper Rail Extenders, that allow the player to place a regular rail then place 2-4 copper rail extenders that the minecart can ride on before the next rail needs to be placed, but cannot be paired with powered rails. Copper rail extenders can be crafted with 6 copper ingots similar to the regular rail recipe but without the stick, crafting copper rail extenders would give around 6-12 extenders.
