Change how Underwater TNT ignites in Education Edition

If the underwater TNT block in education edition is supposed to reference how sodium metal (or other alkali metals) reacts with water, it should ignite upon contact with (or upon being placed in) water. This would give a better understanding of the reaction of an alkali metal and water!
