Keep block updates on redstone dust

Do not go forward with the change to remove block updates from the redstone dust itself. I understand it would improve the performance of redstone, but it would be at the cost of removing a large amount of functionality and capability to compact redstone as well as making it much, much less intuitive. It is immediately intuitive that a changed redstone power level is a block update. Making that no longer the case makes no sense except as a measure to improve performance

This is like making water not flow anymore because flowing water could be laggy.

    I would like to note, the new block update ORDER with redstone is a great change and should stay. It may break some old contraptions, but it doesn't remove functionality and it makes redstone update orders much more intuitive.
